Decision:
1.To amend the TRO at the Water Gardens North Upper Deck car park
as follows:
a.Introduce a new dedicated parking area of 70 bays (red zone) for
exclusive use during Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm
b.Introduce a new dedicated parking area of up to 238 bays (white
zone) for exclusive use during Mon – Fri 8am –
6pm
c.Permit holders only are permitted to use the red zone and the
white zone during Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm (excluding bank
holidays) or Mon – Sun 8am – 6pm dependent on permit
type.
d.Move the electric charge point from the upper deck down to the
lower deck.
e.The red zone and the white zone is open to use by the general
public during Sat
