1.	Election of a Chairman To confirm the minutes from the previous meeting Minutes: Councillor Wyatt-Lowe was nominated as Chairman by Councillor Adeleke. Cllr R Sutton seconded the nomination and it was unanimously agreed that she be Chairman.
2.	Apologies for absence To receive any apologies for absence Minutes: Apologies were received from Gloria Gillespie (Independent Member) and Cllr Anderson, substituted by Cllr Adeleke.
