Nash Mills is a small parish of some 3,000 acres situated on the South/Westerly edge of Dacorum Borough Council (DBC). The Parish has rural boundaries on two sides, the third is the Grand Union Canal and the fourth is residential. Historically the Parish was a mixture of rural, industrial and residential. With the conversion of the SAPPI site into Nash Mills Wharf the Parish is now effectively just residential. There are a small number of industrial units and over 160 acres of wonderful countryside.
The Parish is situated a couple of miles from Hemel Hempstead town centre and locally is serviced by The Denes shopping centre, a regular bus service into the town centre and London is only forty minutes via Apsley Station. The aim of this site is to provide you with all the information you need to know about the local community, amenities and history.
