To accept the formal submission of the Grovehill Neighbourhood Plan from Grovehill Future Forum and to confirm its conformity to the Localism Act legislation, and allow for the appointment  an independent examiner to approve the document and subsequently take the matter to a local referendum for the residents of Grovehill to vote Yes/No to.
