7 sites have been identified for housing
development opportunities. Planning approval for new housing has
been achieved on all of the sites. The intention is to demolish
ahead of appointing the new build contractors all to ensure firstly
they are emptied in good time for development and that they do not
attract anti-social behaviour whilst the new build contractors are
being procured.
The sites being demolished are a mixture of garages, bedsits over
garages and bungalows, and are situated at the following
locations:

•Site 2 Dione Road, Hemel Hempstead
•Site 3 Housewood End, Hemel Hempstead
•Site 4 Sempill Road (West), Hemel Hempstead
•Site 5 Sleddale, Hemel Hempstead
•Site 6 Randalls Ride, Hemel Hempstead
•Site 7 Grange Road, Wilstone
