Approval to direct award contract to Cardo
(formerly known as Osborne Property Services Ltd) to undertake the
renewal of the curtain walls to the residential properties at the
Rossgate shopping precinct under existing contractual
arrangements.
This is for Phase 2 of the works. Phase 1 was completed 2023.
