That the contract for the provision of
Electronic Payment Services to the Council be awarded to Allpay Ltd
for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 11
months, commencing 1 December 2020.That the award be made via
direct award from the Procurement For Housing (PfH) Electronic
Payment Services framework (Lot 1- Multiple Network Managed
Service).
