(1) That a payment be made to Sports and
Leisure Management Limited in respect of contractual reorganisation
costs in accordance with the Leisure Operating Contract dated 31st
March 2018.
(2) That Covid-19 support be granted to Everone Active as set out
in the Officer Decision Sheet
