Mark Nethercoat presented his thoughts on Cycling within the borough in relation to item 7, this was done under item 7.

Mark Brookes introduced the report, he introduced Ian Parry from the CFGS who joined via MS Teams. They took members through a presentation on the findings & recommendations.
