Action: LFowell to amend attendance for previous meeting to Add Cllr Gale who was marked as absent however was in attendance.

There were apologies for absence from Cllrs C Hobson, S Hobson, Patterson, Santamaria and Pringle. Cllr C Link was substituting for Cllr Patterson.

To receive any declarations of interest.

Cllr Wyatt-Lowe declared that she was a member of Hertfordshire County Council and that she comes to the CIL item with an open mind.

It was agreed to amend the recommendations to the following:

The committee supports in principle the allocation proposed (£1,364,424) of CIL Core funding to be spent on HCC’s Breakspeare School project, and requests that the cabinet gives serious consideration to increasing the allocation in view of the cause concerned
