Action: Layla Fowell to speak to Cllr Taylor on arranging training on the councils tendering process

Action: John Mooteealoo to provide details on if there are savings by starting 2 week later in 2024 compared to 2023.

Recommendation to the decision maker:

That the Scrutiny Committee reviews and scrutinises the draft budget proposals for 2024/25 and provides feedback, to be considered by Cabinet, for each Committee’s specific area of responsibility.
