Advice Councillor G Sutton introduced the report. It is a statutory requirement for councils to produce this report. Appendix A has not transposed correctly onto the agenda so a version has been emailed around to members and will be attached to the minutes. Councillor Anderson said this was a good piece of work and should help to answer questions from campaign groups that suggest the council haven’t properly research the brownfield land options. Recommendations agreed.
