PH-XXX-25-Fire Alarm Installation and Maintenance contract extension

The current Fire Alarm Installation and Maintenance contract with TP Fire Limited (TPFL) is set to expire. Several related contracts are ending simultaneously, prompting a strategic review. The Council is considering merging the Fire Safety Contract and the Door Entry System Contract into a new "Fire, Safety and Security" contract. To ensure service continuity and allow time for this review, a twelve-month extension of the existing contract is required.
