Issue details

·         To advertise and enact The Borough of Dacorum (Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead) (On Street Charging and Waiting & Loading Restrictions) Order 2022 (Amendment) Order 2022. Following a review of The Borough of Dacorum (Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead) (On Street Charging and Waiting & Loading Restrictions) Order 2022, a minor error had been discovered within the Article 21 of the above Traffic Regulation Order relating to Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. It is therefore considered necessary to make the above traffic order in order to correct that error to enforce the newly introduced pay to park bays on Marlowes.

·         To delegate the decision to undertake a statutory consultation and implement the restriction, if applicable, to the Head of Commercial Development in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Commercial Strategy & Delivery.
