To designate the whole area of the Kings
Langley Parish Council as the Kings Langley Neighbourhood Plan
Area.
Under the relevant Regulations a local planning authority must
approve area applications submitted by parish councils where the
designation is for the whole of its parish area (this can be
completed with no publicity or formal consultation). No objections
were received during the consultation that justified refusing to
designate the whole of the Kings Langley Parish area.
