4 Juno Road garage is let to Mr J A Roberts of
32 Hidalgo Court, and has been for some time. Mr Roberts have
requested several times to purchase the above garage, but has been
declined each time. Now that the Garage block (Juno Road) has been
sold, he requested again whether the Council would accept a land
sale.
After consultation with Nicholas Brown, it was decided to sell the
garage block due to the other sales being completed stating
‘I can confirm that it is not on the list of assets to be
sold. The garage is of no interest to DBC and the right of way
already exists. The sale will not damage the interests of DBC in my
view.’
