Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003 - The Old Mill Additional documents: Minutes: The Sub-Committee were required to consider a full variation application in respect of a premises licence for the following premises:

Decision The Sub-Committee resolved to: Grant the application for the full variation of the premises licence, subject to mandatory conditions and those outlined in the operating schedule and for the revised hours for New Year Eve from 03.30hrs to 01.30hrs close with alcohol sales to be stopped by 01.00hrs.
