Following extensive consultation for an Estate
improvement project t at Aragon Close, the number one priority for
tenants and leaseholders was identified as the parking area. The
condition of the surface, the lack of bays in general and markings
to control parking.
It was agreed to re-surface the area as part of the project. Due to
the specialist nature of the work, for this element an alternative
quote was gained to that of the TAM contractor – OPSL.
Ringway were chosen as the main HCC contractor. Their quotation is
offering better value for money.
