The deed of clarification is intended to
confirm the contractual relationship between Affinity Water and the
Council and confirms that the Council has been acting as agent on
behalf of Affinity Water collecting water charges on their behalf
during the duration of the contract.
To enter into a deed of Clarification and
Amendment to an agreement dated 10th August 2005 made between
Dacorum Borough Council and Three Valleys Water PLC (predecessor to
Affinity Water Limited).
